This is what Soph says every time she wants something. But she has totally gone a little overboard with her latest request...are you ready......A WIG! Yes you read that correctly. She wants a wig and had a total break-down Friday afternoon because I have not bought her one. She desperately wants her hair to grow and thinks she will fit in better with long hair. Her hair is sooo cute the way it is but this little girl on her bus keeps telling her is is ugly. It is so hard for me to not want to say something mean about this little girl and how this same little girl doesn't even run a brush through her hair, but, I will refrain! Ugh! So, Joe and I have had to do self-esteem repair all weekend. I think I will be having a talk with the bus driver and have her seat switched asap. But seriously, a wig! Is that hilarious or what? Can you imagine what they would say then?! She has even told me to cut off my hair and put it on hers! She is killin' me! Anyway, I just had to post this moment so I can tell her about it one day when her kids want to do something just as crazy.

Isn't it funny how being a mom makes us want to punch certain stringy haired little kids in the face more than we ever did when we were actually kids too? But alas we cannot...

Would you beleive that I, too, wanted a wig?!? (Actually I think you probably can!) I did have one - but I did not ever wear it to school. I think that I wanted it because I always had short hair and all the other girls had long hair :)
