This is roughly how Macy's Sunbeam teacher probably felt and maybe even looked after her first Sunday with three new Sunbeams! So hard to have 3 little tykes who now have to sit through a little lesson and then sharing time. None of them are in preschool either so it is a big adjustment. Her teacher is so sweet and puts all her heart into her calling. We are just praying that she comes back next week! Macy had a breakdown about half way through class time. Her sweet teacher was asking each of them what they wanted to be when they grew up and Macy just started crying for me. Then Conner started crying for his Grandma and then Thomas started crying for his Mom. Joe took Macy back in to the last part of Closing exercises and said that poor Megan (Macy's teacher) was a little teary from her hard day. Yesterday, Macy did great at her first Primary activity with Sophie. They ate pancakes and waffles and got to wear their pajamas. What's not fun about that??! Sophie loves her new teacher who is amazing as well. I remember when Sophie was a sunbeam and she was all over the place not wanting to listen. Now she is so good and loves to listen and follow the rules. SO there is hope for Macy....I think?! I can't wait to hear how Macy's friends Alice and Maddie did in their new Sunbeam classes!

Wow... remind me never to say okay to being a sunbeam teacher!
Yeah, that picture was pretty much me on Sunday. Our Sunbeam teacher wasn't there so I filled in for her. I have to say that I was SHOCKED at how well they did. They didn't make it through sharing time, but there is always next week, right?
