Sophie started first grade on Aug. 12, we're so excited! It's a magnet school where she is learning to speak Spanish. The funniest thing is that she now has decided to be called Sophia instead because and I quote, "it's my real illegal name!" So funny and so cute. I told her we might have the hardest time because she has always been our little Sophie. But for now all of her classmates and teachers call her Sophia and she is very happy about that.
Macy will be starting preschool after labor day at a co-op. Her teacher came for an in home visit on Tuesday, which is so neat for her to feel comfortable when she gets into the classroom. She is so excited and met all of her new friends at a picnic this week. Such a cute group of kids and very fun Moms.
I love this picture it pretty much captures the personalities of both our girls.

Finally!!! We're so happy to be going to the same preschool with you and Macy!
Yay! A new post! I'm not great at blogging either, but every time I do, I love it. Your girls are GORGEOUS and Sophia looks a lot like you ... i.e. you are gorgeous, too! Glad for you that school has started. We have one week to go and I am definitely counting down the days!

Sophia loved that I called her by that name all Primary! And she was as good as gold in class; she must have gotten all of her wiggles and stubbornness out during sacrament meeting!
That picture is so dang cute. Your girls are darling. I promise I'll come stamping soon. I'm running out of cards...ahhhh!
